Welcome, Jethro Morales

Jethro begins his tenure as the Flying Sparks lineartist today, and holy crap Batman, he does an amazing job.  More than that though, Jethro recently had a baby (well, his wife did)!  So please, welcome Jethro and congratulate him on becoming a father!
