A hostage situation? Oh, you probably shock them.
Either with the electricity or the towel (or lack-there-of).
You kill the hostage takers no sense in atempting to negotiate with them at all ever under any circumstances.
Uh-oh…the tables are about to turn! Don’t mess with a wet guy with electro-shock powers, fellas.

So the feedback is: get Johnny more naked more often?
Kids these days…
I guess Johnny could scare the man with the gun so much that he panics and tries to aim the gun at Johnny instead of killing the hostage. Or, Johnny could just act like a super villain and not care that much about the hostage. It’s nice to have options!
