Yes. That cloak says TROUBLE. Smash it!!
The third to last word in the second panel says “escaple”. Surely that must be a typo.
And as a non-confrontational slacker I am opposed to punching cloaked people who appear to come in peace. Even if they look like trouble. Perhaps particularly if they look like trouble.
